Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Course is a completely consolidated program ranging from techniques of administering local anaesthesia to the most complex dis-impaction surgeries, including all aspects of hard and soft tissue handling. SIMPLE AND TRANSALVEOLAR EXTRACTIONS

Basic principles of simple extractions using forceps and surgical extractions using elevators and bone cutting will be demonstrated and taught. At AADEINDIA we make sure that the student gains confidence in performing dental extractions independently.

DISIMPACTION SURGERIES

Surgical removal of impacted third molar is one of the common surgical procedures. Surgical management of impacted third molar is difficult because of its anatomical position, poor accessibility, and potential injuries to the surrounding vital structures, nerves, vessels soft tissues, and adjacent teeth during surgeries. Different surgical techniques using rotary instruments are most commonly used techniques in the removal of impacted mandibular third molars.
